In history there is no trace about Pharaoh woman. It is artist´s fantasy. As a symbol of womanhood artist gave to imaginated Pharaoh woman a red crown. Royal person is easy to recognize and distinguish from the common Egyptians. Pharaoh should have been equated to God so this is the reason why we find identical figures in godhood paintings. Royal sign of his status was a crown. Besides the crown Pharaoh could use many caps. Well known is helm–cap which became popular in New kingdom age. Kings used to wear also a striped scarf tight to forehead secured with head- band, nemes. Egyptians were smooth–faced, bearded could be only Pharaohs and Gods.
